The event of the year and the one I'm most excited for will always be Odoo Experience, you get to meet everyone from the community.
We are already almost in the middle of the year. And with an array of Odoo Business Shows underway and a lot more to come, as well as Odoo Experience 2026, of course, I thought it was time to draw your attention to the standout upcoming Odoo events for the next few months and into the rest of the year.
Odoo events are not to be missed, for a variety of reasons; you can discover what's new in the ecosystem, meet people from the community, see Odoo in action and much more. So, to help keep you in the loop, this article will serve as a running guide to some of the most relevant upcoming Odoo events and gatherings happening across different regions. There’s a good chance one may be closer to you than you think.

If you missed my last article, it's one you might want to take a look back on, after this.
I dive deeper into Ringover and its integration capabilities within the Odoo ecosystem. So, if customer communication, sales calls, or support operations are areas you are currently exploring, it is definitely worth a read before your next Odoo event, when the conversation inevitably starts to revolve around AI and integrations.
Upcoming Odoo Events
One thing Odoo does particularly well is keeping the ecosystem constantly moving. There is something happening every month for you to learn and get involved.
For those unable to attend in-person events, Odoo’s webinars and Online Masterclasses remain one of the easiest ways to stay connected with what’s happening across the ecosystem. They are usually focused on specific industries, modules, features, or business use cases, and they give people the chance to see Odoo in action, ask questions live, and learn directly from experts and partners regardless of where they are based.
On the in-person side, there are Masterclasses as well as Odoo Business Shows, which continue to be one of the most accessible entry points into the ecosystem, as most in-person masterclasses are not free. These events showcase how businesses are using Odoo in practice across areas such as Manufacturing, Accounting, Inventory, CRM, eCommerce, and more.
In fact, I have dedicated a whole article to explaining exactly why attending an Odoo Business Show (formerly called Roadshows) can be worthwhile, especially for companies still evaluating ERP systems or wanting to better understand the broader Odoo ecosystem.
Then, of course, there is Odoo Experience itself; still the biggest event in the calendar and easily one of the most important gatherings for the community every year. Between product announcements, talks, networking, and the general atmosphere, it is the place where the direction of the ecosystem reveals itself in real time.
Another interesting point this year is around the Community Days. Many of them are now being branded under the “Odoo Experience” name as well, and notably, several appear to be taking place on exactly the same dates across different regions.
Coincidence? Maybe. But knowing Odoo, it does make you wonder whether something larger could be planned globally around those dates. The ecosystem has been moving quickly recently, particularly around AI, Payroll, and Odoo 20, so it would not be surprising to see a bigger coordinated announcement or initiative tied to these events.
With all that said, here are some of the key upcoming Odoo events still to come this year.
